Responsibilities
- Generate actionable insights from merchant, consumer, and product data to quantify Boulevard’s impact and market trends across segments and time
- Build deep consumer views covering demand patterns, frequency, basket, price sensitivity, and channel behavior
- Segment merchants by vertical, size, business model, and sophistication to define peer groups and outlier flags
- Track service and retail trends, labor dynamics, utilization, cancellations, rebooking, and attach rates with cohort and seasonality controls
- Lead pricing and elasticity analysis including demand estimation, promo testing, and price optimization
- Publish quarterly State of Self-Care reports, monthly Industry Pulse, and weekly Data Bytes with methods pages and asset kits
- Partner with Marketing, Brand, and PR on narratives, visuals, and distribution tailored by audience and channel
- Convert insights into Product and GTM actions, PRDs, instrumentation asks, in-product benchmarks, and success metrics
- Present executive-ready data stories and drive decisions with recommendations, owners, timelines, and ROI
- Maintain privacy-preserving aggregation standards and pre-publication review gates
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD) preferred but not required
