Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, UX, engineering, and data teams to define instrumentation and reporting requirements
- Collect and integrate disparate data sources to produce cohesive product usage stories
- Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports (Tableau) for product KPIs
- Analyze adoption, usage patterns, and A/B test results to inform product decisions
- Own product-level metrics and health signals, especially for GitLab Duo and Duo Agent Platform
- Mentor and review work from junior analysts, improving analysis quality and approach
- Collaborate with data engineering on data modeling and pipelines needed for reporting
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field preferred
- Advanced degree (MS or MBA) is a plus but not required
- Equivalent practical experience in analytics or product roles accepted
