Responsibilities
- Oversee Spaceport Village operations including leasing, transportation, amenities, and events
- Monitor and enforce quality and safety standards across the site
- Train and guide staff on customer service and problem resolution
- Manage scheduling, payroll, hiring, and onboarding activities
- Coordinate financial activities and improve cost efficiencies
- Develop training materials and oversee performance management
- Assist with project implementation and industrial design improvements
- Conduct vendor management and procurement processes
- Provide reporting on metrics, spend, and ticketing systems
Education
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate required
