- Basic data analysis and reporting skills; familiarity with SQL/Tableau is a plus
- Ability to organize physical and electronic records and libraries
- Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams in production environments
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and transport parts through production flows and coordinate across receiving, stock rooms, purchasing, and work centers
- Ensure proper handling per specifications and manage off-site processing for timely delivery
- Collaborate with planning, procurement, engineering, and production to keep MRP/ERP data accurate
- Resolve system data inaccuracies and manage material certifications to prevent uncertified items entering production
- Support inventory processes including returns and purges and create purchase requisitions as needed
- Organize physical and electronic libraries for tooling and calibration
- Partner with supervisors to complete metric-driven actions, generate status reports, and provide weekly updates to leadership
- Innovate workflow staging to improve logistics efficiency and support productivity projects
- Manage work orders in assigned production cells and assist with assigned action items
Education
- High school diploma or equivalency (required)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
