Skills
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Deep working knowledge of NISPOM, DoD SAP Security Manuals, and Intelligence Community Directives
- Experience working within SCI/SAP environments and classified facilities
- Project management experience coordinating contractors, schedules and budgets
- Hands-on familiarity with access control and intrusion detection systems
- Strong verbal and written communication; able to represent program to external stakeholders
- Familiarity with DISS, NBIS, CORE, TALON and JADE
- Ability to complete a U.S. Government CI scope polygraph and travel up to 60%
Responsibilities
- Own all SCI, SAP, and collateral physical security initiatives and buildouts
- Manage CUA, CONOPS, OPSEC plans, and Personnel Protection Plans (PPP)
- Oversee access control and intrusion detection system functions within secure spaces
- Coordinate and manage general contractors, vendors, and vendor relations
- Represent the industrial security program to customers, regulators, government, and suppliers
- Conduct compliance, inspection activities and support security-related inquiries
- Develop training and development plans for security personnel
- Support launch security efforts and mission-specific travel as required
- Attend and support customer meetings and working groups
Education
- High school diploma or equivalency (required)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (preferred)
