Not enough work, was bored oftenWe’re reinventing the standard for diversity and inclusion—in how we operate as a company and impact society.
From the boardroom to the factory floor, we create a culture where everyone is respected and where people can be themselves while being a part of something bigger than themselves. We celebrate the notion that you can belong at HP and bring your authentic self to work each and every day. When you do that, you’re more innovative and that helps grow our bottom line.
HP’s innovation springs from a team of individuals, each collaborating and contributing their own perspectives, knowledge, and experience to advance the way the world works and lives. From our earliest days, we’ve recognized that drawing from diverse points of view improves our products and services—and our company as a whole.
Diversity is embedded in all we do, and every HP employee at every level plays a part. By valuing differences—whether race, ethnicity, gender, nationality, ability, military status, religion, generation, sexual orientation, or views—we engage top industry talent to drive our company’s long-term success.
Talent is our only criteria. Come to HP and thrive!
Business Impact Networks
Reinventing the standard for diversity and inclusion requires an effort from everyone at HP. This can only occur when every employee at every level embeds diversity into their daily work life.
One way employees can do that is through Business Impact Networks. Impact Networks are volunteer communities of HP employees that come together to leverage diverse perspectives and build a more inclusive culture. They serve as a platform for those interested in taking an active role and transforming HP into a place where everyone can belong, innovate, and grow.
