Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, and arrange complex travel itineraries
- Screen and delegate incoming calls and correspondence; act as a primary point of contact for executive communications
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, spreadsheets, and executive presentations using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Drive project management for high-priority initiatives including staffing/resource planning, onboarding, space planning, and cross-team efficiency strategies
- Organize and execute department events and logistics
- Maintain discretion with sensitive information and support background clearance requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years administrative experience, OR
- 6+ years of administrative experience (experience may substitute for degree)
