Job Purpose: Account representative for clients producing TV and streaming series. The primary function of this role is servicing the diverse needs of editors, music supervisors, producers, post production teams, and other music end users.
What You’ll Do: (job responsibilities)
Provide exceptional service to your assigned group of network, production company, studio, music supervisor, etc. clients in the form of music searches, music file delivery, and account management
Build and maintain client relationships through regular outreach via phone, email and in person meetings
Deliver consistently against monthly and annual sales targets
Negotiate all aspects of synchronization licenses, including fees and terms
Utilize prospecting tools and resources to seek out new business opportunities
Consistently meet KPIs
Interpret music briefs provided by clients and perform music searches
Anticipate client’s music needs, and proactively provide new and existing releases accordingly
Educate potential users on the best music formats and means of accessing the catalog, perform off-site and virtual web demos
Provide feedback on the catalog and ideas for the development of new releases based on production trends and client requests
Participate in the planning, coordinating and execution of client events
Collaborate with management on ideas and suggestions for client outreach and interactions
Who You Are: (skills and experience required)
3 or more years’ experience in a sales capacity with customer service skills
Passionate about music
Comfort with high volume of outbound calls and emails
Exceptionally organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
Ability to consistently work under pressure in a professional manor, excellent problem solver
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Demonstrated experience working effectively in a diverse environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Team player with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Willing to travel if needed
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience using CRM a plus
7.5 hour business workday but variations in work volume occasionally require extended working hours for evening and late-night events

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is:
$58,185.00-$83,121.00This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
