Your Opportunity as the Lead Analyst, Customer Supply Chain Initiatives Walmart, Sam’s Club
The Lead Analyst is responsible for working closely with the Walmart Sales Account Managers, internal operational partners and Customer Replenishment Manager to optimize store in stock levels, balance/flow/control inventory, all while maximizing POS opportunities. This position will leverage tools and innovative ideas to help manage challenges within the total supply chain. The analyst will also support meeting Joint Business Plan objectives.
Location: Bentonville, AR
Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Analytical field
At least 4 years of relevant business experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - the ability to draw insights from data and develop solutions to Supply Chain challenges
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Strong planning and organization skills
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint)
