As an Associate, Platform Enablement & Usability supporting MARLO Sales & Sales Support Team, you will support the implementation of digital tools and processes that improve sales team efficiency and customer experience. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in digital sales support and customer success. This role is critical in ensuring seamless platform operations, driving cross-functional collaboration, and enabling exceptional user experiences across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong operational mindset, high learning agility, and a passion for optimizing processes in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Platform Expertise & Support

• Maintain deep knowledge of platform functionality, user scenarios, and experience nuances.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and escalation point for internal and external support teams.
• Support pilot initiatives in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.

Operational Execution

• Execute business operations tasks including:
  • Journal Entry preparation and submission to Accounting.
  • Platform-related billing (e.g., SaaS memberships, payment processor fees, feature usage).
  • Administration and oversight of DocuSign activities
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all operational deliverables.

Enablement & Process Optimization

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to define and implement enablement processes for new features and customer segments.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and process guides to support platform usability and adoption.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Location: On-site in Ft. Worth, TX

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in platform operations, enablement, or a similar role.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
