Responsibilities
- Design and maintain tracking systems for executive customer meetings and relationship follow-ups, particularly for multi-region travel.
- Manage complex calendar prioritization, scheduling, and time optimization across internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, itineraries, and travel-related vendor interactions.
- Partner across business functions to align priorities, streamline workflows, and remove scheduling and process bottlenecks.
- Lead and mentor within the administrative team, setting standards and ensuring seamless coverage and collaboration.
- Coordinate closely with EAs supporting other co-founders, senior leaders, and board admins to synchronize the executive office.
- Prepare briefs, talking points, and materials for meetings; capture action items and follow-up tasks.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Proactively identify process improvements and implement solutions to increase executive productivity.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Professional administrative certifications or continuing education a plus
- Willingness to learn company systems and export-control compliance as needed
