We have aggressive growth goals. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy & Operations to accelerate our marketing engine. This hire will own all of the testing, planning, process definition, data, and technology tools we need to hit our growth goals. This is a high-impact role that will work with leaders across finance, sales, rev ops, and marketing.
As the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy & Operations, you will:
Own the marketing planning and budgeting process, including goal setting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis
Partner with marketing leadership to develop strategy and lead high-impact initiatives
Use data to identify growth opportunities
Lead cross-functional projects to improve effectiveness and revenue growth
Build and automate processes
Own the marketing tech stack and test new tools
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across marketing systems
Develop and manage reporting tools
Drive lead management strategy in partnership with Sales and RevOps
6–8+ years in marketing, strategy, consulting, or rev/marketing ops ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
Strong understanding of marketing technology and B2B marketing
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to drive strategic planning, own complex projects, and partner cross-functionally
Strong bias for action and a willingness to jump into messy problems
Systems thinking: you know how to design scalable, repeatable processes that keep teams focused and efficient
