About the Role

Sigma Marketing LLC is looking for a passionate Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, expanding our client base, and forging partnerships that align with our strategic vision. The ideal candidate has a robust background in sales, marketing, or business development, paired with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and marketing materials tailored to client needs.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns through email, social media, and phone to engage prospects and convert them into clients.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and progress toward targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with business development goals.

  • Experience in iGaming is a big plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
