This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Panopto. We are currently looking for an Account Executive, Enterprise (Americas) in the United States.

This role focuses on driving new business growth and expanding revenue within corporate enterprise accounts across the Americas. The ideal candidate will use a consultative sales approach to build strong client relationships, manage the entire sales cycle, and exceed sales targets. You will have autonomy in managing your territory, developing strategic account plans, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success. This position offers a dynamic environment with the opportunity to impact annual recurring revenue and contribute to company growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive new business development and expansion opportunities to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute territory plans, engaging executive-level stakeholders to support sales goals.
  • Present complex technology solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring alignment with their business challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and conduct effective negotiations across multiple organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to maximize customer satisfaction and adoption, supporting upselling efforts.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment.
  • At least 1 year experience managing and closing deals in a fast-paced technology setting.
  • Strong skills in account planning, prospecting, and engaging senior executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven ability to effectively demonstrate technology products to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar sales tools.
  • Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and commitment to customer success.
  • Strong organizational skills and intellectual curiosity to manage diverse sales tasks.

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 USD per year.
  • On-target earnings of $180,000 to $200,000 including commissions.
