This role offers a dynamic opportunity to join a fast-growing technology company recognized for its innovative software integrations, analytics, and custom applications. As a Sales Consultant, you will actively engage with prospects across multiple channels, driving new business and managing client relationships to expand sales pipelines. Accountabilities:

  • Proactively generate, contact, and follow up with new leads using multi-channel outreach including phone, email, social media, and online meetings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing, following a standardized sales process.
  • Perform ongoing account management to upsell additional solutions, enhancing client satisfaction and recurring revenue.
  • Collaborate regularly with sales leadership to align strategies, report progress, and meet key performance indicators such as qualified leads, closed sales, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and use sales metrics to guide business development efforts.
  • Build and sustain strong client and partner relationships to support long-term growth.
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) software, IT consulting, or SaaS/custom application integrations.
  • Proven track record with at least one year of President’s Club status or equivalent sales recognition.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer service orientation.
  • Experience with consultative sales approaches and managing long-term accounts.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models, recurring revenue cycles, and industry buyer personas.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn networking and national sales territory management.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple agreements simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous learning.
