Role Description
Source, recruit, and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations, providing detailed feedback to hiring managers.
Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings, ensuring a quick and efficient response to client needs.
Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to provide expert advice to clients and candidates, enhancing the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with all legal and company standards in recruitment activities.
Develop and post compelling job descriptions on appropriate platforms to attract highly qualified candidates.
Collaborate closely with SHI Staffing Services Consultants, sellers, and hiring teams to coordinate interviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate a smooth hiring process.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Staffing and hiring team on recruitment progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
