Client Success Manager
Location: In-person, San Francisco, CA
Salary: $4,000/month
Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Client Success Manager to join our small, collaborative team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure their satisfaction and success. Working closely with a tight-knit team, you will meet with clients in person, understand their needs, and communicate effectively to align our services with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between the company and clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with clients to understand their objectives, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliverables are aligned with expectations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive account growth.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing timely updates and actionable insights.
  • Track client feedback and metrics to ensure high levels of satisfaction and report on account performance.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, ideally in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team environment, contributing to a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in-person in San Francisco and traveling locally for client meetings as needed.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
