Onboarding & Partner Enablement Manager, Omnichannel POS Solutions

Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic Onboarding & Partner Enablement Manager to lead the successful implementation and adoption of our omnichannel Point-of-Sale (POS) solution. This role bridges customer onboarding, account management, and partner sales enablement to ensure our clients — including retail, beauty, service stores — maximize value from our platform.

The ideal candidate is both customer-focused and sales-savvy, with a knack for building relationships, streamlining onboarding processes, and empowering users and partners to sell and support our omnichannel capabilities on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Account Management

  • Lead new customer onboarding from closed sale to go-live, ensuring seamless implementation of POS and eCommerce integrations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, driving adoption and satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with users and operational teams.

  • Monitor account health, identify growth opportunities, and proactively address potential churn risks.

  • Gather customer feedback and feature requests and relay them to the appropriate internal teams 

Partner Sales Enablement

  • Train and equip channel and integration partners to effectively sell and support our POS solution and omnichannel capabilities.

  • Develop partner playbooks, sales tools, and product resources tailored to omnichannel solution.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to co-sell and support partner-led opportunities.

  • Act as a product and industry expert for partner inquiries and pre-sales support.
     

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product, support, and engineering teams to deliver client feedback and influence roadmap priorities.

  • Coordinate with marketing to develop partner and customer success stories.

  • Align with sales leadership to refine onboarding and enablement strategies for greater revenue impact.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in sales, account management, onboarding, or partner enablement roles.   Preferably in SaaS, POS, eCommerce or Payments.

  • Strong understanding of omnichannel commerce solutions and the connection between in-store POS and online sales.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and training skills.

  • Experience working with small business clients in a sales enablement capacity.

  • Experience working with partners, resellers, or distributors in a sales enablement capacity.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong strategy and presentation builder skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM and project management tools.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Point of Sale hardware and software.

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms.

  • Background in SaaS implementation and customer lifecycle management.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and training skills.

At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates who can commute to our office in NYC. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected to be in the office at least 2 days per week

   

Approximate base compensation $100,000- $110,000. In addition to the base pay, this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package. Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location, shift, and/or candidate experience.
