Schoox is looking for a strategic Head of Demand Generation to drive revenue growth by building and scaling programs targeting enterprise accounts through a data-driven Account-Based Marketing approach.
Responsibilities: Lead program strategy and execution for inbound and outbound marketing, develop Account-Based Marketing programs, optimize multi-channel campaigns, and manage a demand generation team.
Skills: 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience, expertise in ABM, familiarity with marketing technologies like HubSpot and Salesforce, and proven leadership in growth-stage software companies.
Qualifications: Preferred experience in the workplace learning and development market and a passion for analytics and continuous improvement.
Location: This job is remote, allowing flexibility in work location.

You’ll be responsible for our inbound and outbound engine driving a high-performing cross-functional team, and architect scalable campaigns that convert our priority accounts.

Compensation Details
For this position, compensation is determined by considering qualifications and experience. The base salary ranges from $140K to $180K, and this position is bonus eligible.
In addition to the competitive base salary, the offered compensation package includes a full benefits package, open PTO program and company stock options.
