Responsibilities: Define and execute content strategy, manage content lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders, oversee digital content experience, and measure content performance.
Skills: Strong content management, audience research, editorial planning, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills; familiarity with agile processes and multimedia production.
Qualifications: 3+ years of content management or editorial experience preferred in edtech or social impact sectors; experience in the youth domain is a plus.
Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States with a Hybrid work schedule.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $65,000 - $85,000.

We are looking for a Content Manager to define and execute our digital platform content strategy, prioritize impactful themes and topics, and collaborate closely with designers, writers, video creators, researchers, and educators to produce engaging, user-centric, kid-friendly and adult-friendly career navigation content. You’ll balance long-term editorial vision with timely, iterative content delivery, ensuring our platforms offer compelling, accessible, and relevant resources aligned with the needs of young job seekers.
