Responsibilities: The CMO will oversee brand strategy, marketing campaigns, executive communications, and lead a cross-functional team to ensure alignment with Per Scholas’ goals.
Skills: Candidates should have 15+ years in marketing, excellent storytelling skills, strong management experience, and a deep understanding of digital marketing and brand strategy.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience in mission-driven organizations, successful national brand campaigns, and a passion for economic mobility and education.

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a key member of Per Scholas’ national leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive marketing, communications, and brand strategy that supports organizational growth, employer partnerships, learner engagement, and philanthropic investment. This leader will elevate Per Scholas’ national profile, grow brand visibility, and drive measurable results in support of our mission.
The CMO will oversee a cross-functional team that manages digital marketing, content strategy, media relations, brand integrity, executive visibility, internal communications and national and local marketing campaigns. The CMO will be a strategic advisor to the CEO and a collaborative partner across Development, Admissions, Program, and Innovation teams.
