As our Administrative Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes problem solver who keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll manage customer support and internal requests, maintain and refine internal systems, troubleshoot technical issues across platforms, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a role for someone who thrives on structure but can pivot quickly when priorities shift. You’ll work across marketing, sales, program delivery, and retention—running workflows, resolving issues before they escalate, and documenting solutions so the team can operate at its highest level.
