Role Overview
The PPC/Paid Ads Specialist will develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising strategies for B2B clients. This role focuses on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), ensuring that campaigns are strategically aligned with client objectives, deliver measurable outcomes, and drive lead generation and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Strategy & Implementation
Develop and execute paid ad strategies on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) tailored to client needs and industry standards.
Continuously optimize ad campaigns to improve ROI through performance analysis and strategic adjustments.
Drive qualified leads and conversions through high-performing paid ad campaigns.
Reporting & Analysis
Generate detailed performance reports covering key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Use data insights to refine and enhance campaign strategies for continuous improvement.
Communicate results and actionable recommendations to clients.
Collaboration & Client Communication
Partner with the broader marketing team to ensure paid ad initiatives align with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
Engage directly with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into impactful ad strategies.
Qualifications
Experience
3+ years of experience managing PPC and paid social ad campaigns, ideally within B2B sectors.
Proven track record managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Experience working directly with clients, providing updates and performance insights.
Skills
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for performance optimization.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities in English.
Demonstrated success delivering measurable results through PPC campaigns.
