Position Overview
The Director of Brand & Growth Marketing drives OnYourMark’s mission by elevating brand visibility and generating qualified leads across districts and states. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Strategic Partnerships, this role develops and executes integrated marketing campaigns that tell OnYourMark’s story, expand awareness, and convert interest into partnerships. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is passionate about advancing literacy through strategic, creative, and impactful marketing.
We’re seeking a talented marketing leader to contribute to our brand and growth strategy. This person is passionate about K–12 education, skilled in digital marketing, and ready to take ownership of campaigns that elevate our brand and drive measurable lead generation. This role requires hands-on expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Content Hub (including AI add-ons), alongside a strong eye for storytelling, campaign design, and communications.
