Skills: 5-8 years in marketing with expertise in product and content marketing, lifecycle marketing, and strong writing skills; proficiency in CRM and analytics.
Qualifications: Experience in the tech ecosystem, ideally with a background in edtech or marketplaces; ability to operate autonomously with high standards preferred.

Compensation: $150000 - $200000 / Annually

As our Full Stack Marketing Lead: Content & Lifecycle, you’ll work cross functionally to lead the marketing actions that engage and enrich the user consideration journey towards course purchase.
You’ll deeply understand what motivates ambitious professionals to buy a Maven course, build narratives that make enrolling feel exciting and inevitable, and activate a range of tactics to drive mid-funnel frequency, engagement and ultimately conversion to purchase.
This is a full-stack, high-impact role ideal for a senior operator who can both zoom out to buyer psychology, and zoom in to craft a sharp email or execute an exciting brand activation moment.
