ABM and Integrated Campaigns Manager

Hypori Inc. is a SaaS cybersecurity company delivering secure virtual workspaces for government and commercial customers. We are seeking an experienced ABM & Integrated Campaigns Manager to lead targeted, multi-channel account-based programs and integrated demand campaigns that align marketing, product, and sales to accelerate qualified pipeline within regulated and enterprise markets.

Skills

  • Hands-on ABM platform experience (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, Terminus)
  • Marketing automation proficiency (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
  • Strong analytics, attribution, and reporting skills
  • Cross-channel campaign strategy and execution
  • Content development and messaging for enterprise buyers
  • Project management and agency oversight
  • Sales alignment and enablement experience
  • Experience in regulated industries or enterprise security/mobility

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs for regulated and mobile enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with sales, SDRs, and product marketing to define target account lists, ICPs, and segmentation.
  • Develop personalized messaging, creative, and content experiences for buying groups and personas.
  • Coordinate digital and offline ABM tactics including targeted ads, social amplification, direct mail, and executive outreach.
  • Manage ABM agency of record and external vendors to deliver campaign assets and results.
  • Lead cross-channel integrated campaigns from concept to launch, including content, media, events, and sales enablement.
  • Manage campaign calendars, workflows, budgets, and KPIs to meet pipeline and engagement goals.
  • Establish goals and measure success via pipeline contribution, engagement, conversion, and ROI in partnership with RevOps.
  • Continuously test and optimize creative, offers, targeting, and channel mix.
  • Provide sales with account insights, plays, and custom enablement materials.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Advanced degree or marketing certifications a plus
  • Ongoing professional development in ABM or demand-gen tools recommended
