The Digital Content Coordinator will support the consumer marketing team in bringing Dairy MAX’s brands to life online — including Better With Dairy, our recipe-focused brand, and Level Unlocked, our youth-focused performance brand.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social trends, pop culture, and storytelling. You’ll help manage content calendars, track emerging trends, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life across our brands. From delicious recipe content to engaging gamers in virtual worlds, you’ll play a key role in connecting with Gen Alpha to Millennial audiences through meaningful digital experiences.

· Support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across digital and social platforms, including the website, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Pinterest, Discord and more.
· Track and share emerging social and gaming trends to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
· Develop content calendars and timelines for Better With Dairy and Level Unlocked.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure content aligns with broader brand, education, and dairy consumption goals.
· Assist with content optimization by learning and applying audience insights and SEO best practices, such as keyword research and tagging.
· Support and monitor community engagement by fostering dialogue, responding to inquiries, and helping create interactive opportunities.
· Provide regular reporting on content performance using KPIs like reach, engagement, and audience growth.
· Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for campaigns and storytelling.
· Experience: 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently to team members and stakeholders.
· Social-First Mindset: Understanding of current social trends, memes, and internet culture.
· Organized & Proactive: Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
· Collaborative: Comfortable working across teams and with agency partners.
