We’re looking for a creative, beauty-obsessed intern to join our Integrated Marketing Communications squad! You’ll dive into influencer campaigns, PR moments, and epic brand events — learning what it takes to make beauty buzz from behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
- Help concept and execute influencer campaigns — from dreamy PR mailers to scroll-stopping collaborations
- Get hands-on with influencer send-outs (yes, you’ll be curating those gorgeous glam boxes!)
- Keep tabs on what’s trending — spotting new creators, viral moments, and upcoming beauty obsessions
- Use tools like Tribe Dynamics and CreatorIQ to track campaign performance and share what’s working
- Bring your social savvy — sharing trend insights and must-know moments with the team
- Collaborate with our Social, PR, and Events teams to bring big brand moments to life
What You’ll Bring
- A recent grad studying Marketing, PR, Communications, or something equally creative
- Based in Los Angeles or NYC (hybrid schedule — we love a little in-person energy)
- Fluent in TikTok, Instagram, and everything trending in the beautyverse
