Their Beyond High Performance podcast reaches executives, athletes, and innovators who want to push the boundaries of what’s possible. They partner with a professional production agency to handle the technical aspects and are now seeking a detail-driven Podcast Producer/Project Manager to serve as the internal manager of the podcast to own the operational flow and ensure seamless execution.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Podcast Producer/Project Manager to manage the operational aspects of our Beyond High Performance podcast. This role will act as the bridge between the internal team and the external podcast production agency. You will oversee timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the highest standards of quality and alignment across all podcast episodes.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Workflow Management
Act as the primary liaison between the internal team and the external podcast agency.
Oversee the podcast production calendar and ensure timely releases across platforms (Spotify, Apple, YouTube).
Manage episode planning, guest coordination, approvals, and deliverables from start to finish.
Communication & Coordination
Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders (e.g., CEO’s office, CMO, executives, coaches), guests, and the agency.
Proactively resolve scheduling or production challenges.
Keep leadership informed of progress and escalate issues when needed.
Quality & Brand Alignment
Ensure brand consistency and excellence across audio, video, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the agency to maintain a consistent tone, style, and standard across episodes.
Ensure guest experiences are seamless, polished, and professional.
Use AI tools for title selection, thumbnail optimization, and clip creation.
Guest & Talent Logistics
Manage outreach, scheduling, and briefing for podcast guests.
Share talking points, episode summaries, and follow-up materials.
Continuous Improvement
Identify process improvements and stay updated on podcast trends.
Track downloads, engagement, and performance across channels.
Qualifications:
Experience & Skills
2–4 years of podcast production or media project management experience.
Experience managing agencies or vendors in a content, marketing, or creative environment.
Familiarity with podcast production workflows (bonus, not required to edit audio/video).
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana/Trello/ClickUp, etc.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Prior experience supporting executives or managing guest-facing communications is a strong plus.
Ability to use AI creatively for titles, thumbnails, and clips.
