Human Resources Business Partner

Samsung Research America seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to align strategic objectives with employees and leadership, driving organizational performance and change through expert HR consultancy and employee advocacy.

Responsibilities

  • Coach, advise and partner with managers and employees on employee relations, investigations, performance management, policy interpretation, compensation, and benefits.
  • Drive execution and organizational change through talent reviews, performance management, analytics, learning & development, and process improvements.
  • Build and execute initiatives to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Resolve employee issues, conduct unbiased investigations, and analyze trends to develop HR solutions and policies.
  • Partner with HR teams to ensure accuracy in organizational hierarchy, compensation, and leveling.
  • Travel as required.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
