Responsibilities
- Monitor open orders and fast-track rush orders to meet production priorities
- Ensure throughput KPIs and DIFOT targets are met
- Provide daily direction and support to store persons and kitting resources
- Support inbound goods and outbound logistics as needed
- Coordinate kitting and delivery of production kits per transfer and production order plans
- Serve as first escalation for kitting-related issues and liaise with production, workshop and logistics teams
- Maintain stock point accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and ensure LN reflects physical inventory
- Manage FIFO, cycle counting program and stock rotation
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain SOPs and document control compliance
- Maintain warehouse organization and 5S standards and enforce PPE and safety procedures
Education
- Associate's Degree OR Bachelor's Degree
- High school diploma plus 5+ years relevant experience
