- Strong knowledge of BSA, FinCen, and FINRA CDD regulations
- Experience with EDD case management systems
- Ability to create, automate, and scale efficient processes
- Experience in identifying and researching high-risk entity customers

- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and cultures
Responsibilities
- Lead or represent EDD on initiatives, advising on regulatory requirements and best practices for new products and services
- Develop and train junior EDD investigators on case resolution
- Update EDD policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Develop and lead internal EDD training curriculum
- Develop customer risk rating model for institutional accounts
- Facilitate internal control testing and communicate findings
- Identify process improvements to enhance quality, accuracy, and scalability
- Represent EDD in industry peer group committees and meetings

- Bachelor’s Degree required
