Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and firm policies including Reg SHO Rule 204 and 15c3-3 possession and control.
- Oversee the Securities Lending Operations team’s daily processing and compliance.
- Serve as escalation point for internal and external stakeholder issues.
- Maintain accurate books and records and oversee reconciliation of cash breaks and position differences.
- Collaborate with internal and vendor technology teams to ensure system accuracy and lead related projects.
- Provide product knowledge, technical assistance, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Assist management with resolving escalated issues from trading, recalls, and buy-ins.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
