Responsibilities
- Review and investigate suspected fraudulent alerts proactively and reactively
- Answer fraud investigation inquiries from vendor investigators
- Identify emerging fraud trends using critical thinking and pattern detection
- Document rationale and determinations for each fraud alert
- Refer fraud cases to appropriate teams when necessary
- Participate in side projects related to fraud investigations
