Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer issues related to options, margin, and futures derivative products using in-depth knowledge.
- Identify and communicate potential customer or firm risks effectively.
- Utilize internal tools such as Salesforce and Twilio to assist customers.
- Support customers in navigating Robinhood's new futures and derivatives products with clear explanations.
- Place closing trades for customers when necessary using brokerage and risk management understanding.
- Research and communicate theoretical market events without providing investment advice.
Education
- Active FINRA Series 7, 63, and Series 3 licenses required.
- Minimum 3 years of professional trade desk experience.
