Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accurate data entry

- Familiarity with annuity products and insurance carrier workflows
- Comfort working in an in-person office environment (initially 5 days/week)
Responsibilities
- Process daily annuity servicing requests and broker-dealer change requests
- Serve as primary contact for RIA clients on complex annuity requests (distributions, reallocations, riders)
- Act as intermediary with annuity carriers to obtain contract trails, authorizations, and service agreements
- Perform book-of-business reconciliations and update contract values
- Ensure licensing compliance and securely upload annuity documents to internal systems (Fusion)
- Maintain reports on AUM, trails, and initiative status
- Support major business transitions and collaborate on annuity-related product projects
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
