Skills
- Unrestricted advanced clinical licensure (PhD, PsyD, MD, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or similar)
- Experience leading virtual/tech-enabled behavioral health teams and initiatives
- Proficiency with clinical/operational dashboards and data-driven performance improvement
- Strong knowledge of documentation standards, billing/claims submission workflows, and compliance
- Ability to design workflows, standard operating procedures, and supervise clinical staff
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across clinical programs to ensure alignment with strategic goals and compliance standards
- Monitor and manage KPIs (documentation timeliness, show rates, completion rates, family therapy utilization, claims submission)
- Support program leaders in caseload distribution, scheduling efficiency, and adherence to clinical standards
- Partner with HR for staffing, onboarding, supervision, and clinician professional development
- Design and implement systems and workflows to optimize service delivery and documentation compliance
- Work with Quality Assurance and Compliance to address audit findings and corrective action plans
- Drive staff engagement and retention initiatives using data-informed decision making
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between Clinical Operations, Care Coordination, and Programs
- Contribute to budget management, resource allocation, and contract performance monitoring
- Provide leadership coverage as needed and maintain clinical availability (ā5 hrs/week) and rotating on-call support
Education
- Advanced clinical degree required (PhD, PsyD, MD, PMHNP, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Active, unrestricted license in relevant discipline
