- 3+ years professional Android development experience
- Proficiency in Kotlin (or Java) and Jetpack libraries
- Experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android APIs
- Familiarity with MVVM, Coroutines & Flow or RxJava
- Experience using Retrofit and Room for networking and persistence
- Strong product sense, attention to detail, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and launch Android features end-to-end using Kotlin and modern Android APIs
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and Data teams
- Build smooth, stable, and high-performance mobile experiences using Jetpack, Compose, MVVM, Coroutines/Flow or RxJava
- Integrate with backend services using Retrofit and manage local persistence with Room
- Maintain and improve app architecture, performance, and code quality across the codebase
- Participate in code reviews, mentor peers, and drive technical best practices
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Equivalent training or demonstrated professional experience accepted
