The Director of Partnerships at RethinkBH is responsible for cultivating and scaling strategic partner relationships, driving revenue growth and enhancing collaboration across teams to support the company's mission in behavioral health.
Responsibilities: Manage and deepen existing partnerships while developing and executing strategies for new partnerships, leading enablement initiatives, collaborating across departments, and proactively resolving partner issues.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, project management, and data analysis skills, with proficiency in CRM and partnership enablement tools.
Qualifications: At least 7 years of experience in partnerships or business development, including 4+ years in leadership roles, preferably in healthcare or health tech.
Location: Remote opportunities available in specific states including AL, AZ, CT, and others; office location in Philadelphia, PA.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $120,000 - $170,000.

The Role
As Director of Partnerships, you'll be both strategist and operator—equal parts relationship-builder, deal-closer, and team leader. You’ll own our existing partnerships and build new ones, creating repeatable systems for growth and value delivery. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role reporting directly to the VP of Sales with strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive teams.
