Hello 👋Future ResQer!
ResQ is looking for a Market Launcher to join our operations team and help us take ResQ to the next level. You will play a pivotal role in onboarding and activating restaurants onto ResQ’s platform. You will be the first face of ResQ, and will be responsible for ensuring that all customers are onboarded properly and are set up for success. This is a 6 month contract role.
We understand that joining a team is one of the most important choices you make, and adding a team member is one of the most important choices we’ll make. We want you to get to know us, and we want to understand how you approach problems, learn, and what motivates you.

What you will do:
As a Market Launcher at ResQ you will be contributing in the following areas:
Traveling ✈️: You are excited about traveling throughout the USA and being in a new location weekly. This could be required by car or by plane.
Tracking and Achieving Targets 📈: You are highly metrics-driven and will work closely with the sales and operations teams to over achieve your targets. You will proactively work to remove obstacles and enable forward momentum and progress.
Professional Attitude 😊: You demonstrate a professional attitude when interacting with restaurants, the operators, and customers on-site
Attention to detail 📚: Detail matters and you invest the time up front to make sure you get it right the first time
Who You are:
You must have an unrestricted driver's license and valid passport.
A willingness to travel 100% of the time
Willing to have flexible schedule (some nights or weekends, to be made up in Lieu days)
You have 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, professional environment, like a restaurant, or operations role
You are comfortable working in, and around, multiple restaurants, every day.
You have a high level of comfort communicating with senior restaurant executives, owners, restaurant staff and vendors - our customers and vendors are busy running their businesses and you should be comfortable dealing with them
You are not shy or afraid to take on new challenges, in fact you find yourself looking for them
You have a data and metric driven mindset with an unwavering dedication towards achieving your and company's targets
Nice to haves:
Experience in the restaurant industry or technology marketplaces would be considered an asset
