Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and iterate engaging training programs and resources for Customer Success, Sales, and Quality teams (onboarding through ongoing development).
- Facilitate remote training sessions via Zoom/Google platforms and produce supporting materials (playbooks, job aids, recordings).
- Measure training effectiveness using performance metrics and feedback; refine content to drive measurable KPI improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Quality Management, and Product to align training to customer insights and operational needs.
- Serve as subject matter expert on products, processes, and the Customer Success tech stack; recommend workflow and efficiency improvements.
- Manage and maintain knowledge base and LMS content to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and usability for internal teams.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, education, or related field preferred
