About the Role:
In this position you will:
Order and stock kitchen supplies to ensure office remains well-equipped
Manage catering orders, including setup and cleanup
Track property concerns, reporting them to property management promptly
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Assist with ordering supplies, tracking expenses and ensuring cost efficiency
Assist with employee engagement initiatives
Help coordinate on-site and off-site events including scheduling, setup, and vendor management
Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers/vendors to appropriate departments
Key Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or related role
Microsoft 365 proficiency
Strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and anticipate needs
