Responsibilities
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives fostering inclusivity and engagement across the organization.
- Lead employee resource groups (ERGs) and drive company-wide engagement strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage engagement survey processes including rollout, data analysis, and actionable recommendations.
- Develop and implement the Inclusion Learning Journey in collaboration with Talent Development.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, PBPs, Learning and Development, and Brand teams to integrate Inclusion and Engagement.
- Serve as an advisory expert on Inclusion and Engagement to promote a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with external groups and communities.
