Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, fueling Redgate’s growth by qualifying leads and booking meetings for Account Executives. This is your gateway to a rewarding career in tech sales with a clear path to progression.
What You’ll Do
Drive pipeline by engaging warm leads and strategic prospects.
Execute targeted outreach campaigns using Salesforce and Groove.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives in the AMER region.
Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and introducing solutions.
Collaborate with your team to exceed goals and celebrate wins.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles with a focus on influencing outcomes.
A strong desire to build a career in tech sales, with the motivation to learn and grow quickly.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage prospects confidently.
A positive, resilient mindset and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger).
Basic understanding of databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Comfort with tools like Office 365, Salesforce, and Groove.

Salary
The salary on offer for this role is $55,000-$65,000 + OTE , base paid as an hourly rate
