Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals
- Manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners to drive year-over-year revenue growth
- Lead campaign launches and provide optimization recommendations
- Serve as primary contact for internal account operations and issue resolution
- Educate clients on Reddit’s advertising value and best practices
- Consult on media planning for brand awareness and direct response objectives
- Work with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery
- Analyze campaign data and market trends to provide KPI-driven recommendations
- Identify and pitch upsell opportunities to promote account growth
- Represent client needs to cross-functional teams
- Contribute client feedback to product roadmap development
- Identify areas for improvement and lead solution execution
- Mentor and train team members
