Responsibilities
- Collaborate with existing clients to deliver tailored Reddit advertising solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing client relationships
- Partner with Account Managers to build long-term customer partnerships
- Manage strategic bets, revenue forecasts, and operational execution for assigned accounts
- Provide client feedback to improve sales processes and product offerings
- Maintain and deepen agency and client direct advertising partnerships for revenue growth
- Develop upfront and joint business plans with top clients
- Educate new clients on Reddit’s advertising platform and benefits
- Use data insights to inform client strategies and proposals
- Ensure timely delivery and high-quality client service across projects
- Lead client meetings with clear agendas and effective communication
- Communicate platform updates and opportunities to clients
- Offer strategic advice to grow client relationships
- Gather and relay client feedback to product teams
- Serve as an ambassador for Reddit and participate in industry events
- Mentor and train team members
- Collaborate cross-functionally and within the Client Partner team
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
