As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:
Drive Strategy with ImpactLead the design and implementation of dynamic recruitment and onboarding systems aligned with Racker’s mission and future workforce needs.
Champion InclusionEmbed diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility into every stage of the hiring journey. Collaborate with leaders to shape equitable processes and inclusive cultures.
Build Community PartnershipsCultivate authentic relationships with local schools, colleges, workforce development agencies, advocacy groups, and community leaders to grow diverse pipelines of talent.
Be a Trusted CoachGuide hiring managers and leaders in best practices, from inclusive job advertising to strength-based interviewing to bias-free selection.
Lead with InnovationStay ahead of workforce trends, tech, and tactics. Use data, storytelling, and human connection to continuously evolve our recruitment model.
Foster BelongingCollaborate with current and former employees to co-create a culture where people don’t just work, they thrive.

This is fully benefits eligible position, salaried within the range of $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience.
