WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for hands-on, execution-focused Deployment Strategists to help us scale. This role is critical to ensuring every new customer sees value fast, stays long-term, and becomes a source of social proof.
You’ll be on the ground during onboarding, understanding customer workflows, ensuring smooth integrations, and working closely with our product team to translate real-world pain points into high-leverage product improvements.

Travel and be onsite with customers 2-4 days per week to lead onboardings and ensure a successful implementation.
Spend remaining days in-office, managing customer relationships through calls,
meetings, and proactive support to drive ongoing customer health.
Take full ownership of your assigned customers’ success—both during onboarding
and throughout the post-implementation (aftercare) phase.
Monitor usage, engagement, and ROI to ensure customers are getting value and staying retained.
Grow into leading other deployment strategists
0-3 years of experience, graduated with 3.9+ GPA from a top 20 university. New grads are also encouraged to apply!
Time spent in investment banking, consulting, sales engineering, or similar fields where performance under sustained pressure is the norm
Demonstrated ability to lead from the front—persuasive, assertive, and outcome-driven
Experience working with complex technical products and the ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of how they work
Selfless teammate who shows up for others, owns the hard stuff, and leads without needing the spotlight
Comfortable giving and receiving hard feedback without ego or defensiveness
