This role offers the opportunity to work remotely in a fast-paced, shift-based call center environment, operating 24/7 in the Pacific Time Zone. The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, converting inquiries into leads and ultimately into service jobs. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality service. The agent will play a key role in driving business growth through effective client engagement and problem-solving.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Convert inbound calls into leads and follow up to secure towing service jobs.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
  • Work flexible shifts within a 24/7 call center operation based on the Pacific Time Zone.
  • High-speed, stable internet connection to support remote work.
  • Modern laptop or desktop computer with a working headset and microphone (minimum Intel i5 10th generation processor and 12GB RAM).
  • Quiet and distraction-free workspace to ensure clear communication.
  • Reliable power backup and internet redundancy are mandatory to prevent downtime.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to handle high call volumes.
  • Ability to work in a shift-based schedule aligned with Pacific Time.
