Responsibilities
Reporting to the IT ERP Manager, this position partners with Benefits leadership and their customers to analyze work process designs, flows, and improvements to leverage the return on technological capabilities. It requires knowledge of Lawson's Benefits module with the primary focus being active use of the system, Implementations as well as support and maintenance. The incumbent will serve as technical point-of-contact for an assigned functional area as well as assist subject matter experts by ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Analyst also supports Benefits upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. The Analyst will be primarily functional.

Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $32.40 to $60.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
